Overview

Sancta offers a digital pilgrimage service with a free tier and a paid Pilgrim subscription. All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Trial Period

The Pilgrim subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Refund Eligibility

As Sancta is a digital service, all sales are generally final once the subscription period has begun. However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@sancta.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
